At the weekend, I went along to a free Fujiholics event in London. You might be able to spot me in the group photos on their blog page.

Over two days, it was co-hosted and led by:

  • Matt Hart on the Saturday (street photography)
  • Paul Sanders on the Sunday (long exposure photography)

We had about 25 to 30 people turn up on each day, a nice friendly bunch.

Saturday was a photo-walk from the Tate Modern, along the South Bank, over Tower Bridge and finishing in a pub near St. Paul’s. Weather was slightly wet, although I only had to get the umbrella out once.

Sunday was a contrast, with bright sunshine and hardly any clouds. The bright sunshine was causing me problems with contrast and flare, so I struggled somewhat but still enjoyed the day out.

Here’s a selection of images from the weekend:

It’s worth checking out their workshops and free photowalks, they have several around the country.
